"The COVID-19 crisis is unlike anything we've experienced before in business," is a comment I have heard over and over in the past weeks by many of my long time colleagues. For my friends in leadership roles in People and Human Resource Management, the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) is the guiding light for knowledge and advice during this crisis.
Some experts are saying we’ll be dealing with Coronavirus until July or August. Others report a full year. In the age of the unknown it’s imperative we have a plan for any scenario. Technology allows us to continue “business as usual”, even when we are physically distant. Communicating in an efficient manner, while remaining compliance to all the legal changes is key.
