The employee can type or use their phone’s voice feature to ask a question, receiving an instant, succinct response to meet their needs.

  • When the employee types “ASSIST”, MeBeBot displays a menu of question categories to select, based on choosing a number and typing it in the text field.
  • For example, when the #3 option is selected from the menu, this answer is instantly delivered. Answers can include links to internal or external websites or reference documents.
