Prior to the training, our management team had varying levels of understanding and use of AI. The training provided by MeBeBot was timely, relevant, and highly practical, giving our team a strong foundation to integrate AI into our work in a responsible and effective way.
Before the training, I spent hours reviewing data, struggled to prepare for tough conversations, and grew fatigued from planning out coaching meetings with struggling employees. Through the training and hands-on activities, it enabled me to work more and more with ChatGPT and other AI software. Now it is an everyday tool I utilize and I have been able to work through my tasks at a faster, more efficient rate.
In one hour, I gained a better understanding of AI, the types of tools I can use to help me with my job, and how others are using AI in the workplace to augment their team. My confidence has improved, and I am practicing my prompt writing daily.
