MeBeBot One is an AI-powered platform, designed to use AI Agents to optimize searching for updated and relevant company information for employee support, communications, sentiment, and utilization insights.

By automating responses to frequently asked questions (FAQs) across all areas of the business, from HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. MeBeBot’s AI Chatbot installs directly into Microsoft Teams and as a webchat in SharePoint, providing 24/7 query assistance, ensuring employees receive instant, accurate information within their existing workflows. 

Using AI Notifications, the MeBeBot App in Teams can receive personalized messages from employees, alert employees to important updates, reminders, and other company internal communications. Instant pulse surveys can also be sent to specific employees to gather their sentiment and feedback on informal or formal topics of interest. 

AI Insights gathers utilization data from employees engaging with the MeBeBot web chat in SharePoint or the AI Chatbot in Teams, to see trends in questions asked and needs by location and topic areas. Feedback from employees can also be viewed, as employees rate answers as “helpful” or ‘not helpful,” to ensure accuracy and direct ongoing training.

The MeBeBot One is cloud-hosted, as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform in Microsoft Azure. Every customer has their own tenant to MeBeBot One, utilizing best-of-breed services for data privacy, oversight, and compliance. MeBeBot® is an approved application for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Azure Marketplaces. As a Microsoft ISV Partner with 5-star reviews from our customers, MeBeBot installs in a company’s Teams and/or SharePoint in under 5 minutes. Using a secure token method, customers’ tenants are connected to MeBeBot One, ensuring enterprise compliance.

The MeBeBot Teams App is also available within the Teams mobile application or via computer devices, supporting talk-to-text and language translations.
