In a rapid-fire presentation, Beth cut through the noise and demonstrated how AI is a practical tool that HR leaders can—and should—be using right now.

- AI as Your Co-Pilot (Even for Presentations)To show just how integrated AI can be, Beth shared that she created her entire presentation using AI tools. She started with ChatGPT to build the outline and then used Beautiful.ai to design the slides, all in under an hour. Her tip? Think of writing prompts like the "SEO search methodologies we learned years ago." It's all about iterating to get the right results.
- Real-World Applications for HRThis efficiency isn't just for slide decks. Beth highlighted how HR can immediately leverage AI for tasks like drafting job descriptions and creating job postings. And, of course, she discussed the power of AI solutions (like chatbots!) to support the workforce by automating answers to common employee questions, boosting communications, and driving engagement.
- Putting on Our "Ethical Hats"As Beth pointed out, the HR professionals in the room are already experts in compliance and protecting sensitive employee information. The rise of AI adds a new layer to this responsibility. It's now "our responsibility" to put on our "ethical hats" and ask tough questions inside our organizations. We must be the ones to lead the charge in ensuring that the AI we adopt is both compliant and ethical.
The talk was a fantastic reminder that AI is here to make our jobs easier and our organizations smarter, but it requires HR's leadership to be implemented responsibly.
