Toyota Insurance Management Solutions (TIMS), a Plano-based provider of personalized car insurance for Toyota customers, faced a growing internal challenge: critical company updates and reminders were being lost in employee inboxes. With a team of 125 employees focused on delivering high-touch customer service, the "overflowing inbox" was hindering alignment and engagement across the organization.
To solve this, TIMS partnered with MeBeBot to launch "HR Buddy," an AI-powered assistant integrated directly into Microsoft Teams. This solution replaced traditional email blasts with targeted, automated notifications and personalized nudges that reach employees where they already work.
