"Evaluating HR’s Readiness for Artificial Intelligence" Resources

During several recent events, MeBeBot and Workology discussed the results of the AI HR Readiness survey and provided data points as to where we are (as described by HR peers who completed the survey) as to implementing AI in our companies.

This survey was design to capture HR feedback to determine the level of understanding of what AI is, how it can be leveraged in HR, its implications, and whether or not HR professionals have a strategy to implementing AI tools within their HR teams.

We’ve also shared several slides from authors and thought leaders we respect, as well as case studies that we’ve gathered in our research of innovative companies using AI today in their organizations.
