MeBeBot helps Epicor receive “Stevie Award” for innovative use of HR technology during the pandemic, decreasing response time to employees’ questions and providing instant support.
AUSTIN, TX (Oct. 2, 2020) – MeBeBot, the Austin-based tech company whose artificial intelligent (AI) chatbot and AI Platform is designed to elevate the employee experience by answering employee questions in real-time, announced the “Stevie Award” recognition received today for the successful solution implementation and results with the global enterprise software provider, Epicor Software. MeBeBot’s intelligent assistant helped Epicor improve response time to its employees and was an integral part of Epicor’s receiving a Stevie(R) Award for its innovative use of Human Resources (HR) technology during the COVID-19 global pandemic.
